How is Complete Omega-D3 different from a standard fish oil?

It adds two things to the fish-oil EPA and DHA. One is GLA, an omega-6 from borage seed oil. The other is 1,000 IU of vitamin D3. So it is a broader fatty-acid and vitamin mix in one softgel.

What is GLA?

GLA stands for gamma-linolenic acid. It is an omega-6 fatty acid. Here it comes from cold-pressed borage seed oil. Complete Omega-D3 combines it with the omega-3s. So it is more than omega-3 alone.

What does 'triglyceride form' mean?

It is the chemical form the omega-3s are in. It is the form found naturally in fish. It is not the ethyl-ester form used in some concentrates.

What does the IGEN certification mean?

IGEN is a non-GMO sourcing programme. It is not a banned-substance or purity test.
