What format is it?

A liquid oil taken by the teaspoon rather than a softgel, in an orange flavour to mask the taste of cod liver oil. Refrigerate after opening.

How does the orange version differ from the lemon?

Only the natural flavour differs — orange here, lemon in the sibling product. Both are the same 100% wild Arctic cod liver oil.

Does it contain a lot of vitamin D?

It contains the vitamins A and D that occur naturally in cod liver oil — meaningful vitamin A, but only a small amount of vitamin D. Nordic Naturals' Arctic-D version is the one with added vitamin D.

What does the IGEN certification mean?
