Is it EAAs or just BCAAs?

It is both. It is a full essential-amino-acid blend. Inside it is a clinically tested 2:1:1 ratio of the BCAAs, which are leucine, isoleucine and valine. EAAs cover all the aminos the body cannot make. That is more than just the three branched-chain ones.

How is it sweetened?
