Is MIX+ an electrolyte drink or an energy drink?

It is mainly a carb energy mix. Each serving gives around 30g of dual-source carbs. It also has electrolytes. It is not a calorie-free electrolyte-only drink.

Why dual-source carbohydrate?

MIX+ uses maltodextrin and fructose together. The two take different gut paths. So the body can take on more carbs per hour. One source alone does less.

How does it compare to STYRKR's higher-carb mixes?

MIX+ is the lighter-carb option. It has around 30g per serving. STYRKR's higher-numbered MIX drinks carry more carbs. Those suit bigger fuelling needs.

Is it certified for tested sport?

Yes. It carries Informed Sport certification. So every batch is tested against the WADA banned list. It also uses all-natural flavours. It has no artificial sweeteners.
