What is the difference between ubiquinol and CoQ10?

Ubiquinol is the reduced, active form of CoQ10. QH-absorb uses Kaneka ubiquinol, which the body uses directly rather than having to convert it from ubiquinone first.

How does the 100mg compare to the 200mg?

Same ubiquinol in the same lecithin-based softgel; the 200mg simply provides double the ubiquinol per softgel. Choose by the daily amount you want.

What does 'absorb' refer to?

Jarrow uses a lecithin-based delivery system intended to improve ubiquinol absorption versus dry CoQ10 powders.

Is the softgel vegetarian?
